Hi all~ Im a newbie as of today, I think I posted in the wrong spot and started a new thread all by myself in the " introduce yourself forum' lol. too funny! Oh well, Im hoping I can stick with my goal this time to shed 30 lbs by April. or at least run/walk the woodlands 5k in March without having a heart attack.
I am really good at starting diets, eating healthy and what not, I just dome stay on them very long, lotta a good that does me right? I guess I just go back to my old habits.
At least that was the old me. This year I'm going to be that person who not only runs but finished that dang 5k! Minus the trip to the ER. My goal anyway. lol. I guess I need a support group living with me 24/7 to keep me on point
, I just get bored with it I guess. I have to enthusiasm for exercise, just don't like it and that's probably my biggest problem right now but Im trying to change that. I'm on my second week of Couch to 5K training, hopefully Ill make it to week three.
Love this site btw, some pretty awesome stuff tucked in these pages.! I'm liking it.
