Welcome!

That is exactly why I work out first thing in the morning as well as right after work: to clear the cobwebs in the morning, then to de-stress in the evening.

Best of luck!

Jane

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. I am very excited. Hopped out of bed at 5:30am jumped on the treadmill, I have tracked my food today so far and my water has not left my side. I have to get a new scale, my old scale was sacrificed to Super Storm Sandy and some of her rising waters. No worries, feel very energetic today. I forgot how clear your brain is after exercising.
