Use the tools that are here; food and exercise trackers, videos, the spark radio station, the recipes by chef meg, the exercises by coach nicole.

But my favorite things are the teams. Why would you choose one buddy when you can have a whole team routing for you.

Hi all. I just joined today because I am finally ready to lose the weight that has been piling up over the last few years. A good friend pointed me in this direction and well... here I am.

I recently moved to the UK after marrying the love of my life. It has been a bit of a challenge, mostly because the only friends I have over here are shared with my husband! Other than that it has been difficult to cook because all of the brands are different and I have nooo idea what to look for while shopping. The lovely thing is that I live close to the beach for the first time in my life, so I am definitely enjoying that.

Job-wise I have done quite a bit, from retail manager to call centre operative to lettings agent. Teaching is what I love, so I am going to look for a job in that direction.

Anyway, that's me! Good to meet all of you.
