Hi and welcome to SparkPeople. There are so many great tools and great people involved with this site. I'm sure that SP can help you along on your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Good luck reaching your goals!

Sorry to hear that you are without a kitchen. I'm not a cook so that wouldn't be a major challenge for me. Would it help you to eat fresh fruits and veggies?

Hello all

I would like to intro myself. My name is Carla and I also belong to WW. I just joined Sparklepeople today. 2012 was not the best year for me, as I am sure it wasn't for other peopleI

I need to lose 47 lb to lose. I think the important think is positive attitude, it starts with the mind.
I have a challenge (temporary). I am having my kitchen made over so i can't cook (haven't been able to cook since Oct), but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I wanted to get some ideas from others on what to eat (sick of leftovers). I have use of a microwave in basement and refrig. in garage.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
