I've been with SP since the end of June and I think it's fab. There's everything you need on here, and you get so much support from other people.The support makes SP unique IMO.
don't try to do everything differently at once is my advice. I'm seriously into exercise now, but for the first couple of months I did almost none! Get into SP gradually, and change what you do every so often so you don't get bored.
