You were all very supportive and now I need help. 4 days in and I already am disappointed and mad at myself. Went to Dunkin Donuts yesterday morning to get coffee. I left the house in a rush and didn't have time for breakfast, so I grabbed a turkey sausage on english muffin. When I opened the bag, I realized they threw in hash brown potatoes (tater tots?) by mistake. Do you think I threw them out? Of course not. I ate every single one. Lunch was fine. But went out to dinner with my family and they ordered fried pickles, which I love. I resorted right back to my old way of thinking "oh I've already screwed up today, I think I'll have some pickles." I didn't log on to Sparkpeople yesterday cause I was annoyed, and had to nudge myself to do it today. WHAT IS MY PROBLEM? 4 DAYS. Urggghhhhh
