I understand how it feels to lose a great amount of weight and then gain it back. Not only am I disappointed in myself because I can't fit into the same jeans, and I am mad that I look this way again.... but I am also embarrassed about the yo yo weight lose/gain. I have worked at the same place for almost ten years and my co workers have seen me at so many different weights. Same when I visit family I haven't seen in awhile. It is embarrassing!

This is why we need to stop doing the popular quick fix diets and start making positive changes in our every day routines to better ourselves.

Hello everyone, I am new to this site and message board. My last successful diet was the South Beach Diet. I lost 50 pounds, and kept it off for a little over a year, and still have only gained 30 back, but that's too much. I get crazy with the indulgences of life including my own skills as a baker. I need to learn portion control when it comes to bread and cookies. I was given so many Christmas gifts of chocolate. My diet won't start till Monday! LOL Help! Oh, my username is pages because I'm a writer. I also design jewellery and quilt! You've got it! All done in sitting. I hope to be as helpful in return.
