Hello...I am new also. Just taking a tour of this site, there is a lot of great stuff here!

Well I am on my 4 day on here and it seems to help to me keep up on writing everything down! I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids and been married for 14 years. I will be starting college in a couple weeks so I need this to keep track of my exercises and food tracker. I was at my highest in weight of 208 and now I am 165 but would love to lose at least 30 more pounds! I want to lose to be healthy and show my kids to eat right and exercising will be fun to do!! Basically a role model for them.
