You have come to the right place, my friend, for tons of info about living a healthy life without depriving yourself.
Here are a few tips:
*set up your Spark Page, if you haven’t already- it's fun and easy and it will let us get to know you better- you can change it whenever you want-feel free to add me as a friend
* learn to use the nutrition and fitness trackers- it gets much easier after a while and is CRUCIAL to your success
* read a lot of blogs and success stories- VERY motivating!
*join a few teams of like minded people - there are literally thousands of groups to choose from- and make some new friends- then you can encourage each other- don’t join too many, though, as you may lose that helpful personal connection
*try to earn sparkpoints- it's a fun way to learn your way around here and you can send sparkgoodies to yourself or others
*if you get lost- go back to the Start page- you can get almost anywhere from there

There's so much here to help you along the way and excellent advice to setting and achieving healthy goals. With the thousands and thousands of fellow Sparkers you will always find someone you can connect with. That should point you in the right direction. I find that if you just start looking around Spark, you will quickly learn about the wonderful tools available for your use. After being a Sparker since 2007, I still find something new and very useful.

I have recently joined sparks because I need some motivation. I have lost 70 pounds but have been stuck for the last two years. I still have 40 pounds to lose but need help staying on track. I hope everyone has a nice day.
