I am 27 and have had 3 kids in 4 years, so I went from 120-175. Yikes! My littlest is now 1 yr 1/2 and no plans of anymore children for hubby and I. So I am hitting the gym. I have talked a couple coworkers into joining me at the gym 2-3 days a week after work, and I am now tracking what I eat here on SparkPeople to keep count of calories ect. This is day 3 of my diet. I am very very sore from the workout last night... I just need to stay strong!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
