Starting anything can be challenging, because it means we are making changes. Change is NEVER easy. But this change is so worthwhile, and you are certainly worth the effort to make this change to a healthy lifestyle. I think you will find that each week gets a bit easier. There will be challenges now and then even after you've been at it awhile, but that's life. Just get right back at it and stay focused. That's the beauty of SparkPeople! It helps us stay focused. It connects us with friends who can cheer us on, pat us on the back for our successes and kick us in the butt when we stray--all done with love and caring. Stick with it! You owe it to yourself to make these changes, and I KNOW you can do it. emoticon
