That's great! I hope you find, as I did, that using the meal plan option is easy and fits your life. To me it's a great guide, because it constructs meals that are very balanced between protein, carbs and fat. But it's not restrictive because you can swap out foods you don't like for foods you do. I am on a budget, trying to "eat down my pantry" right now, so I did a lot of swapping yesterday...! But I still met my goals for the day (which are listed right on the bottom of the food tracking page) and I felt satisfied all day. Going for day 2 today!

Hey Rocketcat. I am still checking out this site. So far so good. I am checking their community tab and I like what I see. So much to read and I'm excited. I will check on that food tracker that you're talking about and try it myself.

Hi Hello Sunshine,
I'm new here too. What was your favorite part of the SparkPeople site? Mine is the food tracker and meal plans. I was able to get started right away. I like how easy it is to swap one food for another one with similar nutrition.
