I encourage you to make this about a healthy lifestyle rather than making it about any specific number on a scale. Continue to remain active, incorporating FUN into your life in the process and fuel your body with healthy food to prevent disease. You'll enjoy life so much living this way and the scale will naturally follow, taking you to the place your body's supposed to be.

I applaud you for taking control of your life and health at such a young age!! :) You're an example to other teens and that's AWESOME!

Hi I'm 18 years old I've I've lost 48 pounds so far on this journey two more pounds and i'll be half way to my goals
The most I've weighed is 237 I'm now 191 lbs I started to loss last june 2009 and have slowly been going down
I love to bike hike ice skate also in joy photography and am very creative I'd love to make some new friends
that are similar to me in weight loss. My goal is 137 I'm five foot 7 and a half so I think that's about a healthy weight
What do you think?
