Congratulations on your success so far. Spark isn't about a diet or fancy supplements though. Its all about learning to eat healthy and get regular exercise, good habits to last a lifetime so that once you lose the weight you can keep it off. What makes it work is you get to eat regular food, just learn portion control and healthier substitutions. Why resort to putting an unknown chemical in your body, the long term effects you might not know about until it is too late. Look what happeened with that artificial sweetener.. I don't use anything that is artificial in my diet and I lost my weight and fat just fine.

I've got 100 lbs to lose, however, even if the number on my scale doesn't change, I am losing fat and gaining muscle.

Here's what I'm doing:
Breakfast is a low glycemic meal replacement shake, called Glyco slim.
I mix in a whey protein powder in this shake. It's called Osolean. Osolean was tested in a double blind study with a Weight Watchers group. The results were that those who took Osolean lost twice as much visceral fat.

Glycoslim and Osolean are products from Mannatech. I'm a Mannatech distributor. Having said this, I must stipulate that there is NO MIRACLE for weight loss. Everyone needs to be honest with themselves, seek out medical support, and start evaluating what they put in their mouth and how much movement/exercise they do.

After 6 weeks, I've lost 15 inches all over my body. 3 inches in my waistline. I'm using these Mannatech products, but I'm also cutting back on soda and fast food. I'm not dieting, I don't like the word diet. I'm trying to slowly make changes that I can maintain.
I'm trying to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes a few times a week. I use my treadmill and my Wii Fit. When it's warm enough, I swim in my outdoor pool, but it's not heated, so I can't swim year round there.

I don't make claims or promises that these Mannatech products will work for you. I've tried many products and diets in my life. The low glycemic Glycoslim and the protein powder, Osolean, are working for me.
I just wanted to share what I'm doing with others.

If you'd like more information, you can contact me. I don't want to solicit and bother people. You contact me if you'd like to know more.

Keep fighting the good fight!
==Stacy
