It matters not what your reason for wanting to lose the weight nor that you have previously fallen off the wagon. What matters is that you are here to start anew and this really is a site that is full of helpful tools. You will get what you put into it so track your food and exercise. I would encourage you to be active in the message boards and teams. Also when you feel comfortable doing so, make a page and hopefully you will make it public so we can get to know you and cheer you along the way. I find the blogs a way to deal with all kinds of issues and reading others blogs also really helps me. Best wishes to you in meeting your goals!
