It matters not what your reason for wanting to lose the weight nor that you have previously fallen off the wagon. What matters is that you are here to start anew and this really is a site that is full of helpful tools. You will get what you put into it so track your food and exercise. I would encourage you to be active in the message boards and teams. Also when you feel comfortable doing so, make a page and hopefully you will make it public so we can get to know you and cheer you along the way. I find the blogs a way to deal with all kinds of issues and reading others blogs also really helps me. Best wishes to you in meeting your goals!

Hi I am new to Spark but not new to trying to lose weight. I did lose 20+ lbs a couple of years ago and it felt great. I was motivated to eat right, exercise and help others to do the same. Well to make a long story short, things came along and upset my routine. I fell off the wagon and now I am trying to get back at it. I must lose weight. It is for not only to feel good but if I don't, the cost of my health insurance will increase. So I am here taking it slowing with the determination I will get back where I was with a little to spare. : )
