Hi Jen and welcome to SP. First I want to tell you what a sweet family picture! I love this site and the reason is not just the great tools to track food and exercise but the people I have gotten to know through the message boards and teams and in reading blogs and receiving comments on my blogs. I think you will find that that is extremely helpful especially when dealing with the emotions of life and making new habits permanent. Best of luck to you, you have some great incentive to do this, that little guy looks like he could keep you hopping!

Hello, My name is Jen. I am 23 years old and struggling with my weight. I have a 2 year old son that I gained 50lbs with and still haven't lost the last 25lbs of that weight. I feel like it is just too hard and I am never very motivated. My husband and I have been trying to have another baby and I recently miscarried. I of course put on a few more pounds with the depression of that.
Anyway, I have finally decided I want to lose some weight before I gat pregnant and get into the routine of exercising and eating healthy that way I can keep it up when I do finally concieve :)
I hope this is the place to help me on my journey. Any advice or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated.
