Glad you've already found the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. They are the best tools ever for managing how much to eat and exercise; I would be lost without them!

I've tried some of the recipes as well, and not only are they terrific, my family actually likes them too! I don't think they realize they're eating healthy (and I'm not telling, either). My favorites are the Healthy Jambalaya and Black Bean Chicken. If there are some that you've made that you particularly liked, please let me know because I'm always ready to try something new!

Hello,
Well, I have been using this site for about a week now and it has helped me lose 2 lbs. I am tracking my food and my exercise daily. I really love the recipe calculator, since I am a chef and am often making things that aren't listed in calorie counter data bases. A lot of the recipes that are posted here are really good too!
