Me too! Starting over is funny because I feared it for too long and now that I have started I am wondering why I was so scared to start! Good luck to us both!

Welcome, Diana!

It is human to stray off from the path once in a while. It is also very human to begin again, reinvent oneself anew, and to forgive oneself totally. You (and all of us) are invited to love ourselves as much as the Creator and our friends love us.

This path to fitness is not a punishment but an adventure we are choosing. I'm so glad you are here.

emoticon back Diana!
This place can help you if you stick with it. Even after I have lost my weight, I still will track my food because I am not a math whiz who can remember every little calorie I have eaten all day long. The Tracker makes it so easy, no excuses, to stay in your proper calorie range. I know what you mean by losing your favorites. I would hate that as many I had to enter myself as Canadians sometimes have different nutrition values for the same product then Americans! All the best getting back on track!

It is nice to meet you!! I am not sure how you lost your favorite foods whether it is for health reasons or just because you are watching the scale. Personally, I believe in the Weight Watcher's philosophy that there are no forbidden foods as long as you monitor your portion size. However you chose to approach weight loss just remember it is a permanent lifestyle change and not a punishment. Good luck in reaching your goal!!

A friend is one who believes in you when you have ceased to believe in yourself!

Actually, I wish I hadn't gotten completely out of SparkPeople because I lost all my favorite foods and have to start building my favorites again, but I'm more determined this time.
