Passed on the cream in my coffee. Using Coconut/Almond milk instead. Less fat, more calcium, fewer calories and the unsweetened variety tastes great in coffee. emoticon

I did not let anything make me stay home from the gym. as I went to get grapes for my snack those good chips did not end up in my cart. I also made up my mind to cut sugar back down and soda. Thanks for asking.

When I went grocery shopping this morning, I put a large bag of chips in my cart. I later returned them to the shelf before checking out.

I kept my dr appointment. Weigh in was great, bp was great. Doc said my bp is very low. Blood was drawn which I didn't schedule so I have to wait for those results. I don't know what they are going to look for. I was given a prescription for an inhaler. "Coping isn't controlling."

I felt unsteady after my medical treatment today, so I stopped and watched the local glass blower for awhile. It let my body regroup a bit as well as being beautiful and peaceful.

Went for a walk in my long-sleeved, dark-colored office attire even though it's very warm out and I got sweaty.

Got 5 cups of water in before lunchtime!

Packed a super healthy lunch this morning-- leftover tofu and veggies over brown rice, a pear, a string cheese.

Woohoo, Monday and I'm on a roll! :)
