two kashi waffles (1 serving) 1 tblsp natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon jam, then one container greek yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries..........and coffee.........lots and lots of coffee

it doesnt matter if you run slowly.........you are still running faster than someone on the couch!!!

I eat breakfast..... I lose weight. I skip, I always end up overeating at night.
