This morning I had a egg and cheese on flatbread from Subway but tomorrow I plan on having the French (Women Don't Get Fat) Toast recipe I found a few minutes ago on Spark. I changed out the skim milk to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the sugar free bread to the lite bread and dropped a few calories. Can't wait to try it
