This morning I had an egg white omelette with 3 egg whites and one Babybel light cheese. I chopped up a teensy bit of jalepeno pepper and threw in some diced tomatoes and onions. I topped it all off with a dollop of salsa. Such a yummy and spicy way to start the day!
