I would love to make some new friends here on Spark People! I just came back after 4 years of relapse into bad habits while working on getting my Bachelor's degree (I graduate in May). I am ready to get to work and rededicate myself to becoming healthy and get off some of the medications I have to take now. I'm 51 years old, have a positive attitude, love dogs and music, and have been married now for almost 26 years. I've lost 12 pounds since coming back and need to lose another 40. Would love to find some friends to take along on that journey.

It's been 5 months since I've been able to work out (due to back problems) Managed to do my full work out - a little slower than normal but overall, pleased with myself. And tired :)
