my kids always make me smile

I went into a shop and had the confidence for the first time in 2 yrs to go into the changing rooms and try clothing on! And it paid off! I am a size 10!! I was very nearly a 16 but now I am a comfortable ten and able to wear the nice fashionable clothes again!!! Yay!! Im so happy!!!!!!! And thats what made me smile today!! Kerry.

Actually my big day was yesterday. My sons Pre-School was having a breakfast on-the-go for all the moms. I was shocked by what my son picked out for my breakfast. He picked strawberries, grapes, apple slices, a banana, orange juice and a cup of Weight Watchers yogurt. When his teacher told him to put a donut on the plate he said "No thank you, my mom doesn't eat stuff like that, see look at her, isn't she looking skinny". I cried all the way back to work. At least I can say that one of my children really pays attention to me and that makes me smile.
In a gym far away, a young woman was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, no matter what I do my legs won't grow." From the corner of the gym where the big girls train, through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain, a girly voice bellowed as she wrapped her knees, a very big woman with legs like trees, "Girl stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN".

my pets! sometimes they do the cutest things! I love... the way Stella gets so excited when i let her in to wake Josh up in the morning... it's like she hasn't seen him in years! the "army crawl" that Armstrong does when he's happy... he lays on his belly, stretches his back legs out & drags himself with his front legs the crazy meow Fiona lets out when she knows she's getting treats in the morning and Winston... well... i love everything about him! he's just a big, loveable, lazy kitty!

I thought we had a thread like this already but I've gone through a few pages and can't find it. Anyway..... What made you smile today? For me, it was the four deer I saw crossing the road on my way to work. All females and beautiful.
