The only tip I have is or well something for you to think about how will you make sure your dinner will be under 500 calories, do you have 3-4 go to recipes or good take out meals to choose from just so you're not stuck at dinner time wondering what to eat.
Not sure I can see it all, but did notice not drinking wine during the week (I think?). That worked for me. When I was losing weight I had to give up the wine during the week and moderated it on the weekend.
Great plan that I could see. Go for it.
