you start wearing your fitness watch all day, just to be able to calculate how many calories you burn at work ... or as I did before christmas, calculate how many calories i burned, just by doing christmas shopping. 4 hours of constant walking around makes quite a few calories.

I told my friend about SparkPeople, and about a week later, she went to see her doctor about a knee injury. She overheard the doctor mention to another patient in the waiting room that there was this cool, free, online website for fitness, health and weight loss but he couldn't recall the name of it.
She piped up with "Sparkpeople.com", and he said "Oh yes! That's it!" She was so pleased that her doctor thought highly of Spark. All I could say was, "See...Told you."
