Your kitchen sink is full of measuring cups and spoons. :o) My boyfriend says he can always tell when I am on track, because of what is in the sink, and he is so right! I seem to dirty up every measuring utensil that we own! Haha :o)

I know I'm a SparkPerson because I am so committed to living well, eating well, and moving well, that I no longer fear temporary weight gain. I know I'm generally doing the right thing and that is the best that I can do now. It is so much better than I was doing. I get up every day determined to be my best self. If I fall short I recognize the fact that I am human and therefore flawed. Guilt is a waste of my time. I've got the Spark. Life is good. I choose to live well and be happy.

I am always worth my best. My best is good enough for anyone.
