A nice cucumber salad! I used to crave chips (my husband says: Crisps..his British side of the family..haha) but when I need that "crunch" and desire a pickle (too much sodium) emoticon it does the trick!

My homemade green smoothies, I make a large batch and freeze them... take them out put in fridge and enjoy during the day, I get my veggies and fruit. I use Almond milk as the base so I get protein and calcium to boot... as a snack or a meal its a win win ...

For summer-Substitute for ice cream-sugar free jello with a spoonful of fat free cool whip-stir together...doesn't take much cool whip to get a nice mix. So good and under 50 calories. For winter-diet Swiss Miss hot cocoa-25 calories.

Sliced raw zucchini or squash dipped in yogurt southwest dressing. Yum! 25 calories a tablespoon!
