Almost always Light & Fit Yogurt with either fruit already added or I blend in Frozen Fruit (which makes it taste like Frozen Fruit Yogurt or Frozen Fruit Sherbet made with yogurt).

May my Journey be free of rough terrains, and may the wind always be at my back. May the rain, cold and snow always come after I have passed through on the road to my Goal so that my Journey can be an easy one to take!

Often it's fruit, sometimes a vegan yogurt if I have them on hand. Whole grain toast with hummus is another one I've reached for or just plain whole-grain crackers.
