I have 4 favourite go-to snacks that I like to alternate or choose according to what's going on that day:

......one is a 1/4 cup of homemade trail mix of nuts/seeds/shreddies with a sprinkling of dark chocolate

......2nd is 1/3 serving protein shake with added bran, flax, and chia.

.....3rd is one serving of a "greens" drink

....4th is one triangle of laughing cow cheese with some raw garlic cloves

I now have a go to snack, something I would have never thought I would ever eat YOUGURT, I love this stuff can not get enough.. Mix it with fruit smoothies uses it in meals like meatloaf, I love Yougurt!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
