Cucumber boat with a little (ground beef with bell peppers and onions that I fried first) on top of cucumber. Then low cal crackers with some laughing cow cheese and tomato with cracked pepper.

I enjoy a sandwich my husband makes for me in the a.m. It includes wheat rounds, cream cheese, cucumbers, green peppers, tomato, and a scrambled egg. That and a cup of coffee sends me on my way.
