Youtube is what I mainly use for my workouts! I like Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. You can find LOTS of her videos on Youtube, so I just start up whichever one I want to do, the 1 mile, 2, 3,4, or 5 mile.
I looked at the SP videos..nothing against them, but I do yoga and pilates mainly. SP has 16 videos covering both yoga and pilates, mainly 10-12 minutes long. On Youtube, I found about 75 (so far) of videos on pilates, and over a hundred on yoga - from 10 minutes to an hour or more...so for me there is a lot more variety on youtube.
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
