Yes, in the waiting room of my GP's surgery is a do it yourself BP machine, which relays all the info to the Doctor's computer. So when walking past the doctors, when I have time, I pop in and check my BP - only takes 5 mins

Yes, as mine tends to be chronically low, mostly stable but sometimes becomes dangerously low.

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Yes, My son, is an EMT. He checks my BP once a week. On my last checkup the doctor thought it was a little low and said to monitor it for a month (100/60) I do work out, but I'm not marathon runner.
