I started at 270 with a long-term goal of 185 but right now my main goal is 207 (the lowest I have weighed in 10 years). 5'9".
Starting this journey over again. Lost quite a bit during divorce almost 5 years ago and have allowed myself to gain it all back by not weighing myself daily and recording what I eat. God gives me the strength every day to face all obstacles.

my goal weight is 135 and i am 5 feet 1 inch tall. i am not looking to get skinny. i think that looks just as bad as an obese person looks, just want to be healthy. started at 232 and down 20 pounds.already feeling much healthier and loving it.
