Youtube has a ton of free workout videos - all kinds, all levels - from in home walking with Leslie Sansome, to yoga, pilates, zumba, weights, Jane Fonda, Denise Austin....pretty much whatever form you can think of is there
I don't know how your knee is, or if you have any certain restrictions, but the in home walking might be ok? Her one mile is about 18 minutes or so.
Just go to youtube and type in the key search words in the search bar ;)
