Yes I do and according to my doctor my numbers are better. That is even better than feeling good. I was pre-diabetic 5 months ago and my blood glucose was on the high end of the numbers, blood pressure as well.
Now I have no threat of diabetes; my blood glucose is normal and my BP is better, still managed by BP medication but much better.
Recommiting to Spark people was a good decision for me.

I am able to move around better, I seem to be more flexible. I enjoy putting an outfit together and putting makeup on. I saw someone the other day that I had not seen for some time. She was amazed at how good I looked. It was a great feeling to see the look in her eyes when she saw me. Sometimes I forget how far I have come on my weight loss journey.
