I love green tea and drink it when I want a caffeine boost without the coffee jitters. I steep it gently so it is not too strong so it gives me a gentle energy boost. I haven't tried decaf but I could see me drinking decaf in the evening. Lately, I've been drinking white tea, also very gentle.
