I'm sorry you had a hard weekend. My husband is also a crab and I have learned to just leave the house when he is in a funk. he sees a doctor for his mood swings, I know he tries, but I am a firm believer that severe depression (his issue) is catching. So when he tries to take it out on me, I just say I'm going out. Usually by the time I return, he has reframed his mood.
So grab sneakers and go for a walk, look in the paper for a free activity (many museums have a free day each month), or read a book at the library.
I learned to feed a lot of hurts and all I ended up with is being 100lbs overweight.

One less than perfect weekend WILL NOT make or break your healthy lifestyle. You are not a bad person or a fat one because you didn't eat right. As the old song goes,"accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all the positive things you do for yourself. And don't beat yourself up because you're not perfect. You don't have to perfect to be healthy.
Don't let the crabby hubby get the better of you. you are a STRONG woman who is above that sort of petty behavior.
I'm sorry you had a crummy weekend. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just make today different, at least for yourself, and keep trying. Things happen, just do the best you can do. I hope you have a better week!
Crabby Husband all weekend, along with being demanding, making snide remarks, among other things-boy did I Fall Off the Wagon! Feeling fat, bloated and yucky! Back on Track today, and truthfully I don't feel like eating much.
