I'm glad to see somebody out there loves that strawberry Jell-O, I am sick to death of that stuff, can't bear to even look at it anymore, never mind eat it. It will never replace something really tasty, but that's just me. Praises to you, and hoping it "holds"....................cross your fingers.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

It works! emoticon

Hi, I'm Mae, (pronounced May) and back after taking a year off Spark due to family problems. Well, here I am, Back and ready to continue my weight loss journey-I did manage to maintain my loss and never re-gained anything . I've been reading about so many new plans, foods, and products it make me feel like my head is spinning from Diet Information Overload! I don't know which to believe, I fell for scams in the past that only made my bank account thinner. So for now, doing the Old Fashioned way. Cooking/baking our meals, Limiting portion size, more fruit and veggies, water, plain tea and coffee. Oh, I forgot how Good Strawberry Jello with sliced strawberries really are as a snack or dessert! A salad made from shredded carrots and cabbage in Orange Jello! More refreshing than a big slice of cake and more intresting than a plain salad. So I keep reading the posts to find out how others are losing and keeping weight off. Don't have any Buddys yet, and looking forward to joing a few groups.

No such thing as "bad foods"- just bad choices.
Bye-bye Highest weight of 295 lbs. Never Going Back! The Journey Continues!
