Hi, I'm Mae, (pronounced May) and back after taking a year off Spark due to family problems. Well, here I am, Back and ready to continue my weight loss journey-I did manage to maintain my loss and never re-gained anything . I've been reading about so many new plans, foods, and products it make me feel like my head is spinning from Diet Information Overload! I don't know which to believe, I fell for scams in the past that only made my bank account thinner. So for now, doing the Old Fashioned way. Cooking/baking our meals, Limiting portion size, more fruit and veggies, water, plain tea and coffee. Oh, I forgot how Good Strawberry Jello with sliced strawberries really are as a snack or dessert! A salad made from shredded carrots and cabbage in Orange Jello! More refreshing than a big slice of cake and more intresting than a plain salad. So I keep reading the posts to find out how others are losing and keeping weight off. Don't have any Buddys yet, and looking forward to joing a few groups.
