Many nutritionists recommend changing a person's diet to eliminate foods that cause inflammation as well as to eat the right foods that reduce it.
Example, many experts suggest increasing a person's intake of dark leafy greens like collards, kale, spinach, swiss chard, etc... An increase in dark leafy greens could help reduce whatever inflammation you are experiencing.
