If you are going to a Tex Mex restaurant... see if they have grilled fish tacos on corn or WW.
Bean tacos will work or.... lean meat or chicken fajitas, just fill up with fresh veggies and watch the cheese.
Some places in Austin have veggie fajitas, you just have to watch the cheese and guac.
Ask if the beans have lard in them.. really yucky hidden calories.
Avoid those chips - pretty much a 10 calorie hit in each of them. And I have to say, margaritas are a total diet killer. I usually have a light beer with a squeeze of lime.
