Zelda13, I really get what you are saying. I feel very emotional when I do my daily goal board review. Reading it is like having snapshots of my life and deep feelings pass before me. It's a great motivator for me.

I took a break from Spark for a bit and restarted last week. I am in the process of making my goal board. I don't think they had it before. It's a work in progress as I just started it yesterday.
I signed on today and reviewed my goal board and was surprised at two things that happened.
1.) I was hit with a ton of emotions to the point of tears. Seeing my input right in front of my face was one thing, but then I saw the pictures of my family that I put up for inspiration. It gave such reality to what I have to do and why.
2.) A renewal of strength and determination to continue on this path and allow myself to be the best I can be with a strong sense of commitment.
What powerful motivation. Does anyone else feel like this when reviewing your goal board?
New challenge starts Tuesday, June 6, 2015.
Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away.
