Things happen. It's not worth beating yourself up over unless it happens frequently. When things come up now and then, it's better to just go with the flow. Being anxious or stressed out about it only makes the situation worse.

Well, youtube has thousand of exercise vidoes for free (in home walking, pilates, yoga, zumba, weights, etc., and all different levels). Next time your walking outside gets rained out, go on youtube and find a great workout to do in your living room ;)
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
I woke up very early this morning to accompany my Mom to the market! I had a fab breakfast, of thosai, a kind of low-fat Indian flat bread! Malaysia has mostly Chinese, Malay and Indian food (the 3 major races here), we have other kinds of food too but those 3 kinds are the most common here. I ate it with a bit of fish curry (without the fish, just the curry gravy), and dhall curry. I just dipped it, I didn't finish the curries.
Then we went home, and feeling tired, I took a nap, but didn't sleep deeply. I woke up a little after noon, hung the family laundry to dry, did I mention that my Mom was sick? She was complaining that her head hurt and she had diarrhea, that's why we couldn't spend more time in the market and she didn't even complete her entire shopping list either, she was in a hurry to get home.
After I finished hanging the laundry, I turned on the PC and started surfing the net in general, checking email, sparking, going on youtube to watch eating competitions (it amuses me how stuffing your face can be considered a sort of sport!).
Before I knew it, it was time for my exercise, but I thought : "I'll go for a walk later!", but when it came time for my walk, it rained, for hours, so by the time the rain stopped, it was dark and I didn't feel like going out!
I really regret not getting my exercise in today. Foodwise, it was good, I had a healthy breakfast, a healthy lunch (Mom's cooking) and a reasonably healthy dinner (smaller portion). But I really have to have more discipline. When it's time to exercise, I should just do it and not procrastinate! Sigh!
