Facial exercise actually helps some of the sags and wrinkles and feels good, refreshes and relaxes the face. Books and sites can be found on facial exercise in local libraries and all over the web. Probably cheaper than plastic surgery.
Above is my own experience and opinion (caveat).

I would never have it done. Whenever you put a foreign object in your body.
Whether it is fishing line, barbed wire or a saline implant. In a couple years it will develop scar tissue that will have to be removed. Or else you will have lumps all over your face. Just something to think about
My mom and dad knew a painter that lived and studied in Italy. And she said, your wrinkles are your character. I would choose wrinkles over lumps from Lifestyle lift any day.

Eat what you like and if someone comments, eat them too
I know a lady who had it and paid extra for an eye procedure too. She had a very saggy neck and it did give her a lovely chin line and nice looking neck. Her eyes looked more rested and all in all she did have good results. But who knows how it will work on them....I am not willing to take the risk even though I do think it enhanced my friend's look and outlook.

What's wrong with just accepting the fact that we all age and try to do so as gracefully as possible? I don't understand why anyone would want to "go under the knife" in an attempt to turn back the clock, but that's just me - everyone needs to do what they think is best for them. My hairdresser has been liposuctioned, collagen injected, and bleached blond and while she is a beautiful person both inside and out (and was before she had the work done), I honestly don't think she's fooling anyone and her pumped up lips look just that - pumped up!

I know exactly what you are talking about, wrinkles, lines, sagging jowls and I have it all. You know what, it's called aging and I have earned every one of my wrinkles!
PS...Everyone knows the so-called Lifestyle Lift is a nightmare. If you need or want plastic surgery, find the best surgeon you can and check them out thoroughly. This is your face and body that someone will be cutting into and altering, you want and deserve the best. There should be no shortcuts or "good deals" when it comes to surgery.

I don't know anyone personally that had this procedure done to talk to about their results. I do know this was done in the 60's but many things done then has improved with new technology. I was thinking about plastic surgery also, but not sure if I want to go under the knife, not even to have that roll I fat around me that looks like a flat tire from losing weight. I lost nearly 100 lbs before joining Spark so I have a lot of loose skin. Exercise helped firm the muscles under the skin, but not the skin itsself. I don't trust those paid endoresments and looking to hear from someone that had this done and their expierence/results good or bad. Something to base a choice on.
I've heard so many stories about plastic surgery gone wrong, I'd be afraid to go under the knife. For instance one lady died after having liposuction. The Lifestyle Lift doesn't seem to be the miracle it's advertised to be. You really have to do your research and find a board-certified plastic surgeon. Even then there are always risks that go with procedures.

I notice along with age and weight loss that my face is sagging and getting the "marienette" lines around my mouth and nose area and a small waddle under my chin! Its making me look older than I am! My husband told me he would reward me with the LifeStyle Lift advertised on TV, when I reach my goal! Just wondering if anyone had this procedure done and can tell me about their expierence with it. I 'd like to hear from someone else than the people in the ads endorsing it.
