Thanks for the great responses. I did look into my gym for the morning exercise classes, so may take one to see how it goes. I have been testing myself for the most beneficial form of exercise with in a 20 - 45 minute range. I have been on the elliptical machine for 25 minutes and can burn around 200 calories in that time period. I will also do 20 minutes on the treadmill and that would put me in a 120 calorie burn range that is really not too good.
You are right about the eating as well so I really have been watching and tracking all food intake. While I am not a big breakfast food person, yogurt, banana w/some granola is about all I can handle early morning. So if I am going to start working out in the morning, I really need to get some food in before the workout.
