Yeah blueberry is my favourite. I was thinking about getting one of those fruit infuser pitchers for the summer to keep cold in the fridge. I have heard that cucumber water has other health benefits, that it's full of antioxidants and also good for the skin. Definitely sounds refreshing.

Count me in with the tea drinkers. I drink black or green tea every single day. For a fizzy fix, instead of drinking soda, I drink sparkling flavored waters. I get the ones that are just carbonated water and natural flavoring. I don't drink the ones with artificial sweeteners. I try to avoid those when I can.
Some times, I'll squeeze some fresh lemon or lime into plain water for an extra burst of flavor.
Oh, BTW, I do still drink chocolate milk or orange juice every once in a while.

tea and herbal "tea." endless varieties!! it's too cold around here right now for me to get excited about frosty glasses of infused water, but, in the summer, I do like water and/or sparkling water with mint and/or raspberries from my garden and/or lemon slices.

My favourite beverage of late is my bottle of water with frozen blueberries. The blueberries intensely flavour the water and it's cold and delicious. I've found that it helps me to drink more water as well as alleviate the temptation to snack.
One other alternative for pop-lovers is club soda. You get the cool refreshing fizz without all of the added sugar or that poisonous asparatame. To add flavour you can try crushed mint, lemon, lime, ginger or frozen fruit. If you must have sweetness you can use agave syrup or honey. At least it's natural and you can control (and track!) the amount that goes in. Of course it's better to eat calories rather than drinking them but sometimes you just want that cooling fizz.
