I absolutely love mine, and I feel like it is the best investment I've made on my WLJ and lifestyle change. I wear mine every single day!
What I like about it:
* It keeps me motivated to get up and move more! I have mine set to reach 12,000 steps a day!
* It tracks my workouts for me, instead of me having to manually go into my fitness tracker, finding the activity, tracking the time and calories burned. I can just go to the gym or go for a walk, and not have to focus on all that stuff. Just sync it up, and bam, there it is! :o)
What I don't like about it:
* I work as a custodian, at an elementary school, and so I walk around a whole lot. Sometimes, after getting home from work and syncing to the computer, it tells me I have a 10 minute unclassified workout, and it counts it towards my daily calorie range (giving me more calories to eat). It's not really THAT big of a deal, but I don't consider what I do at work as intentional exercise, so I don't like that it counts it. (Note: It ONLY counts it when I am walking around non stop for at least ten minutes)
