You can customize your meal plan by adding foods to it and not checking the boxes next to the foods in the plan you aren't eating. Or, you can turn off the meal plans by clicking on Change Nutrition Goals at the bottom right of your food tracker and unchecking the box that says "use SparkPeople meal plans".
