If you're looking to gain lean muscle, you might want to join one of the Spark People body building teams. There are a few members who are body builders as well as figure competitors. Adding lean muscle isn't just about eating more calories, it's about having the right strength training program too.


You might also want to friend member KJFITNESSDUDE. He started out by losing weight, now he's working on gaining muscle.

You can up your calories, carbs, fat, protein, etc. by changing them on your tracker. You can make them whatever you want to.

You can also add in other things to track.

The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.

Can this site help me GAIN weight? I'm starting a strength training program and want to gain muscle weight, can I set my calorie range for weight gain instead of loss?
