Thanks I go back to the Dr. Friday so I am going to talk to her and let her know because I have hit another plateau Thanks for the concern I dont like feeling like this all the time emoticon

When do you go back to the Dr to discuss your nutrition?

I agree with SlimmerKiwi. I really think you would feel better once you up your calorie intake a bit.

I know it may be quite unrelated, but 'the blahs' COULD be in part due to the very low calorie diet you are consuming. Keep an eye on it and mention it to your health team if it stays.

When I get the "Blahs" I find I have been inside too long and I go for a walk or sit on my balcony listening to good music. WORKS FOR ME !! emoticon

When I have the "blahs", usually it means I need some more carbs, even my husband will remind me of that. Perhaps it would help?

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

Here is my attempt to cheer you up! I have the blues often and have to fight them daily. I tell myself it is in my head, and I can change my way of thinking. After doing this for 2 months I am able to do it much better. Sometimes I feel like I am faking it but eventually I hope it comes naturally :) So here are some quotes for ya!
