I track in both places but I am doing simply filling so I only need to track the indulgences on WW. I track fully on Sparks so I know my calorie and salt consumption. I have lost 10 lbs this time using both. You need to track in ww if you are counting points otherwise how will you know how many points you used or use a paper tracker. I recently joined WW with my wife and I am interested if anyone has tips on food tracking in Spark while eating WW food plan. Should I stop tracking my food in Spark and just do it in WW? Have you been successful using both Spark and WW?
