Currently I am a receptionist.
I know I gained about 10 pounds in the 3 years since being there. But I know that I walk more at work than I did when in college or if I just hung around the house. I have to make copies, go back and do stuff for the boss, take care of people who come in ect.
I pack my lunch every single day. I pack a yogurt, a salad for lunch and something like nuts, popcorn, crackers ect to snack on if I need extra snack. Only occasionally do I order something out with them. And that is maybe 3x a month or less. I try to stick to foods I bring.
I chew gum, and I drink tea and lots of water.
Occasionally they bring in things they make and I don't always eat that. If I don't like it I don't eat. If I like it I eat a little. Today someone had no bake cookies....I LOVE no bake cookies-my favorite. and if I make them or buy them I will eat the whole container...so yes I had 1 cookie, but only 1 cookie!!
I also aim to workout regularly. Right now my goal is to workout 100 days in a row and I am on day 20 something.

2nd goal: 225 by 1/18/2009 Goal met January 14 2009!
3rd goal: 200 by 4/16/2009 ---Goal met May 10, 2009!
4th goal: 180 by 6/25/2009----Goal Met!
5th goal: 150 by 10/8/2009
