I use a treadmill and elliptical mostly, but I have never thrown out some of my older exercise equipment. I have a fake gazelle and something else resembling a bike called a bodyglide. I have some DVDs and Videos and also a weight station. I think it's important to mix it up to avoid boredom, and it also helps you to use different muscles rather than do the same exercise every day. For those who don't have the room or the money for the equipment or a gym membership, good old walking, either outside or at the mall, is always a healthy choice.

I try to stick with the do at least 10 minutes every day and most days I do 45 -60 minutes. I do rest most Sundays if I have been consistent all week.

Youtube has everything you could want, for free, at every level: yoga, pilates, zumba, strength, dance, walking (yes, you can walk at home in your living room), aerobics, kick boxing, etc.

Hard to say, we don't know what your "old" exercises are............we have an exercise bike here at the house, you can watch tv while you ride, good thing to have, even if you use it while you are thinking up another exercise to do, or lift free weights, while you are thinking, squats while you make the bed, put music on, dance around and shake your booty, anything will be helpful, while you are "thinking" up a new exercise. ;)

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
