Going to see my son for dinner tonight. I am having two poached eggs, two slices of rye toast, a pat of butter and a jelly. I knew I was going to order this for a week! Last time I had a huge plate of vegetarian nachos! Oh what a difference a few weeks make. Going with my hubby and bro in law. Look forward to seeing my son and checking out the hipsters in Echo Park. :)
Cooking a healthier meal than the pizza we had last night, lots of asparagus, steamed, turkey patties, with browned onions, and a baked potato, small one, f/f milk. And laundry, 2 loads of wash, and than all the dishes need to be washed. Nothing on tv tonight, that I want to waste time watching.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
If I concentrate on only my weight I get upset and depressed. So I always have something else to do. Like today I am planing on going to a pot luck dinner and play bingo with friends. Of course, I have to watch what and how much I eat, but, fun is my goal.
